DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY - RIVER CRUISE CAI BE - CHAU DOC CITY: (L, D)

08:00: You will be picked up from the hotel to begin our incredible experience. Our first destination is the Cai Be Pier on the Mekong River. Relax on the 'sampan' (traditional motorized boat) carries you around the tranquil waterways. These secret streams are surrounded by rich nature and small settlements, where you may appreciate the colors as well as the culture.

After that, we return to Tan Phong island's dry land. Following a brief stop at a delectable fruit orchard, we will enjoy the lovely music of Vietnam as guests of a local performance before embarking on a guided cycling tour of this magnificent island. We will stop along the route to see native folks and discover how they use the land to make anything from delicate rice paper to the robust roofing of their homes. For lunch, a local family will serve us Mekong specialties like freshly cooked spring rolls, fried pumpkin blossom, and delicately braised pork drenched in coconut sauce.

After our unique Mekong lunch, we'll return to our boat and explore the delta's smaller waterways. We may go near the locals and farmers and experience their daily lives. We'll see local merchants making delicious coconut candy, rice wine, one-of-a-kind hand-crafted pottery, and bricks from scratch. Then we'll go to the Vinh Long Pier and market, where you can view even more of the Mekong's specialties.

Then we'll travel to Chau Doc to your hotel. We can go out for dinner at the fantastic night market once we arrive, or you may rest at your selected hotel.

DAY 2: TRA SU MANGROVE FORREST - CAN THO CITY : (L, D)

We'll check out early this morning in order to have a picturesque journey to the spectacular Tra Su Mangrove Forest. We will pass via canals in the forest to watch wading birds in this serene, tranquil setting. Prepare to be enchanted by this charming location, which has mossy green streams bordered by gorgeous cajuput trees. Keep a look out for some of the incredible species that flourish here, such as birds of paradise and storks.

Following Tra Su Forrest, we will travel to the spectacular Ba Chua Xu temple at the foot of Sam Mountain. After our stay here, we will have a one-of-a-kind Xe Loi bicycle rickshaw ride around the local villages. We'll finish in Ba Sa Fish Square before driving to Can Tho for the night. When we arrive, we will transport you to your preferred hotel. If you're still up for seeing and doing more, we'll go to a local night market.

DAY 3: FLOATING MARKET - VINH TRANG PAGODA - HO CHI MINH CITY: (L, D)

We'll get up early and start our day running to make the most of the day. We'll board our own private boat and travel to Cai Rang, Asia's largest floating market. You will be able to see local food being sold from boat to boat. You'll be able to buy your own stuff and even enjoy your morning coffee at one of the wonderful floating coffee shops.

We'll return to the hotel for breakfast after visiting the market. After we check out, we'll go to My Tho to see the majestic Vinh Trang pagoda. Your guide will take you on a tour of the amazing five-acre complex. They will tell you about the temple's history and show you its distinctive architecture and sculpture.
